WesTrac are now seeking the skills and experience of a **Service Pricing Specialist **to join our team based at our South Guildford Parts Distribution Centre.

Reporting to the Pricing and Quotation Supervisor, this individual will be responsible for developing accurate service pricing summaries, centrelines, material lists and quotations. Pricing categories include Customer Value Agreements (CVA), Maintenance and Repair Contracts (MARC), Life Cycle Costs (LCC), Bill of Materials (BOM), Equipment Rebuild quotes, Equipment Repair quotes and general service pricing.

This role will work closely with a team of various specialist resources (such as Caterpillar, Sales, Operations and other Support Services) to ensure pricing development is accurate and provided within the requested timeframe to the relevant stakeholder.

**About You**:

- Trade Certificate Qualification in Mobile Plant maintenance or equivalent Tertiary Qualifications
- Post qualification maintenance experience in mining and construction equipment
- Experience in the rebuild or repair of equipment and components, service, parts and related maintenance costs.
- Experience and understanding of commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.
- A high attention to detail and figures.
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
- Knowledge of and experience in utilising continuous improvement and lean principle methodologies.
