Supply Chain Expert

Logistics is the backbone of any successful supply chain. A Logistics Functional Expert plays a crucial role in designing and executing logistics strategies that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics/supply chain operations, project management, and strong process knowledge across warehousing, transport, and international logistics.

The role involves supporting feasibility studies, ensuring process design is fit-for-purpose, tracking project milestones, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Additionally, the Logistics Functional Expert will lead future-state process design, conduct gap/impact analysis, and design and execute a robust change management program.

They will also establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, deliver on cost, service, and quality targets, and provide analytical and functional logistics support to the broader team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting logistics strategy development and implementation
  • Leading process design and change management initiatives
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Providing analytics and logistics expertise to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, IT or Finance
  • Proven experience in logistics/supply chain operations and project management
  • Strong process knowledge across warehousing, transport, and international logistics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Digital mindset and strong systems capability
