Senior Character Artist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Character Artist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for creating high-resolution models and game-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing high-resolution models for baking and re-topologising into game-ready assets
  • Creating 3D real-time game-ready models with precision and attention to detail
  • Expertly unwrapping and baking of assets
  • Designing 2D texture maps that enhance the gaming experience
  • Collaborating with the engine development team to achieve optimal results

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Maya and other 3D software packages
  • Excellent proficiency in Photoshop and ZBrush
  • Thorough understanding of PBR techniques and Allegorithmic texturing packages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in human anatomy and its application in character design
  • Understanding of and interest in sports and their depiction in gaming
  • Working knowledge of UE4 or Unity game engines
  • Good problem-solving skills with a focus on creative solutions
