Customer Service Associate

  • Welcoming clients and their pets, providing excellent service and creating lasting connections
  • Handling high call volumes and email inquiries with professionalism and compassion
  • Booking and managing appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Processing payments, data entry, and updating patient records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Other administrative tasks as required, supporting the team in achieving our goals

What You'll Need

  • Certificate II Animal Studies or Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing desirable
  • Experience in reception, customer service, or call center environments - a bonus if you have experience in pet or medical health fields
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Experience with appointment entries, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Well-developed computer skills and accurate data entry abilities
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments, remain calm under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem-solving skills to deliver optimal results
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our organization
