We are seeking a skilled and strategic professional to lead the development of our partner ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our partnerships to accelerate growth for all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage change and plan effectively. Strong interpersonal skills and organizational agility are also essential for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business relationships with key partners and sellers in Australia, leveraging your knowledge of Microsoft Surface products and competitive offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive enablement across a partner's salesforce to close opportunities using Microsoft resources and programs.
  • Engage with end customers to assist in closing deals and provide value-based solutions.
  • Maintain a competitive edge through up-to-date technology and programs for Surface.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business operations, computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development experience in the technology industry.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
