Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to lead the delivery of exceptional Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services for primary school-aged children as our Second in Charge (2IC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality OSHC care that exceeds expectations.
  • Engage with the school community through attendance at events and assemblies.
  • Create and implement enriching experiences based on children's preferences and interests.
  • Foster genuine relationships with children, their families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Service to support operations and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant Diploma qualification or equivalent, as per ACECQA standards.
  • Experience in Before and After School Care or education is desirable but not essential; training is provided.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Passionate about creating enriching experiences for children.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a love of working with children.
