Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring every interaction meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Maximise sales potential by providing legendary customer experiences.
  • Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, showcasing products in an appealing manner.
  • Upsell Value Add Products (VAPs) accessories, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on building rapport and trust.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating motivation and a drive for success.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team, or independently when required.
  • Passion for fashion footwear, with a keen eye for style and trends.
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality is highly desirable, but not essential.
