**Job Opportunity: Fashion Retail Specialist**

We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward individual to join our team as a Fashion Retail Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, delivering high-quality fashion solutions, and driving sales growth.

To succeed in this position, you must be passionate about menswear, have retail experience, and possess a can-do attitude. You should also be interested in fashion trends, enjoy building rapport with customers, and be willing to embrace our company's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized styling advice and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive sales growth by maintaining a strong product knowledge, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and promoting new products and collections.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and support each other in achieving business objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising initiatives, including window displays, floor sets, and in-store promotions, to create an engaging and immersive shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Possession of a fashion-related qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
