Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in our organisation, overseeing and managing Electrical & Automation projects within our manufacturing facility.

  • Project Delivery: Deliver automation work packages across capital projects, including planning and coordination of defining scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Technical Investigation: Conduct thorough technical investigations on capital projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Equipment Upgrade Oversight: Oversee process line equipment upgrades, including electrical and automation equipment.
  • PLC Programming: Program PLCs and Safety PLCs to ensure seamless operation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Relevant Qualifications: Hold qualifications in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or computer science.
  • Industrial Experience: Have 5+ years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or packaging.
  • Technical Expertise: Showcase strong experience with SCADA or communication protocols, with a preference for Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills.
