Automation Support Specialist

We are seeking an Automation Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our automation systems.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology and wants to be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor automation systems for faults and alerts, and communicate effectively with the team.
- Correct faults and oversee the automation system to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with MIS/MES specialists in the control rooms to resolve issues efficiently.
- Raise issues through our online ticketing system and manage SQL Database reports.
- Write scripts and create alerts to enhance operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to recognize potential issues proactively.
- Proficiency in time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Full working rights in Australia (PR or AUS Citizen).
- Tech-related qualifications or certificates are highly desirable but not required.
