Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our care team as a Clinical Care Coordinator - Aged Care Specialist.
The successful candidate will have sound clinical experience and great leadership skills, with a can-do attitude and a desire to provide the best care for our lovely residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, promoting social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
- Lead and manage the care team, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
