About the Role

This exciting opportunity for an emerging projects and infrastructure disputes lawyer is available in our leading Major Projects & Construction team. As a member of this team, you will act for large public sector and tier 1 contractor clients on complex, high-value projects claims and disputes.

Our team has successfully acted on some of the largest, high-profile infrastructure matters in Australia. We operate on a nationally collaborative basis, providing opportunities to work across a multi-disciplinary practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting for clients on complex, high-value projects claims and disputes
  • Providing advisory services to clients
RequirementsSkills & Experience
  • Strong litigation and/or disputes experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm
  • Experience working on major projects and infrastructure disputes and a desire to focus your career in this space will be highly advantageous
  • Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Dedication and commitment to ensuring the highest client service
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years post-admission experience as a lawyer with a strong academic record
