Job Summary

The role of a Financial Administrator is to provide financial and administrative support to our Heavy Vehicle Road Operations Program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with employees, external organisations and vendors on accounts payable, accounts receivable and employee travel allowance claims.
  • Prepare and deliver vouchers for financial transactions in accordance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Manage debt recovery and recommend write-off actions to senior management.
  • Maintain computerised accounting systems for inputting financial transactions.
  • Maintain cash received and reconcile records.
  • Supervise, train and develop subordinate staff.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as experience in financial administration. Strong analytical skills are also required to accurately process financial data.

Candidates must be proficient in using computer software and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise during their duties.
