Job Overview:

The Coordinator role is pivotal within our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team, responsible for leading a dedicated OSHC service. This key position delivers high-quality before and after school care, along with engaging Holiday Programs, to cater to local families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators in developing their skills and career growth within the industry
  • Create innovative programs using cutting-edge tools and resources
  • Mentor educators to enhance program quality and child outcomes
  • Rostering services with support from Area Managers
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks effectively

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in childcare/OSHC is preferred but not essential; however, relevant skills are highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build strong professional relationships
  • Valid Working with Children's Check and willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check
