The Hotel Services Assistant plays a pivotal role in upholding the Health Service environment, ensuring it is immaculate, clean and pleasant for patients, residents, staff and the public. This position necessitates strong customer service skills, physical ability to undertake manual handling duties, and the capacity to work with limited supervision.
About the RoleAs a member of the Hotel Services team, the appointee will contribute significantly to the overall performance of the team, consistent with Kyabram District Health Service's Purpose and Values. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic health service environment.
- Providing excellent customer service to patients, residents, staff and visitors.
