Job DescriptionAs a Reliability Specialist, you will contribute to the achievement of operational targets through project management, reliability initiatives, and safety enhancement. You will work closely with the Superintendent: Maintenance Engineering Australia to identify and coordinate departmental projects.
You will be responsible for reviewing and implementing improved reliability and availability initiatives across existing infrastructure and equipment. This includes analyzing asset health dashboards, reports, and work management metrics to develop quality reliability and facilitate root cause analysis investigations.
Your role involves collaborating on continuous improvement projects related to asset management and reliability initiatives. You will develop strong networks with engineering and technical personnel to ensure adequate transfer of knowledge and information within the team.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package, including a private health insurance allowance, quarterly bonus scheme, and salary sacrifice options. You will also enjoy increased leave entitlements for annual leave, paid primary and secondary parental leave, and long service leave pro rata after 5 years of continuous service.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Extensive experience in fixed or mobile mining maintenance environments
- A valid manual driver's license
- Demonstrated level of competency in software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- Strong communication skills, including writing technical reports
This is a permanent position offered on a 9 day fortnight roster at our Perth corporate office with regular site travel. We consider full-time, part-time, or job share options. The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
