Theatre Endoscopy Technician Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Theatre Endoscopy Technician to join our team. As an integral part of our high-performance, passionate team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technology.

Norwest Private Hospital is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare experiences that encompass every aspect of patient care. Our facility is equipped with advanced robotics and offers a comprehensive range of surgical, medical, and obstetric services.

As a Theatre Endoscopy Technician, your key responsibilities will include cleaning, disinfecting, testing, and maintaining Endoscopy equipment. You will also be responsible for processing Olympus 190 series and 1500 series scopes, and providing excellent written and communication skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have minimum 2 years' experience and hold a positive 'can do' attitude with a strong work ethic. You will also need to exhibit excellent attention to detail and achieve high quality standards while working independently.

In addition to the above requirements, you will need to meet GENCA accreditation requirements and be flexible with work hours. A Certificate III in sterilization services or equivalent is highly desirable.
