We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at Randstad. This dynamic position is responsible for cost and time control and effective people management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee projects from the initial stage to handover to the client. You will possess a proven track record of working successfully on multi-million dollar projects and the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals

About You

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Diploma in Building and Construction, Business Management, or Project Management
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or a similar field
  • The ability to analyze, evaluate, and interpret a range of documents, including plans, invitations to tender, contracts, etc.
  • A high level of attention to detail and excellent computer skills, inclusive of specialized packages and Microsoft Office
