At City FM Australia, we are on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Electrical and HVAC trades professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, manage their time effectively, and provide exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance schedules, resolving reactive maintenance service calls, and working within self-managed teams.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician
  • A Grade Electrical
  • Refrigerant Handling license / ARCtick Licence

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is an effective communicator, able to develop strong partnerships and participate in a call-out roster.
