Job Description:

The Warehouse Operative will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Key responsibilities include:

  • Picking and Packing Orders: Selecting and packing orders efficiently according to client requirements.
  • Cycle Counts and Stock Control: Conducting regular stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Forklift Operation: Safely operating forklift equipment for loading and unloading freight.
  • Inventory Management: Utilizing warehouse systems to manage inventory effectively.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Warehouse Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • LF Forklift License: Current LF Forklift license with experience.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, preferably with experience working with customers.
  • Team-Player Mentality: Strong team-player mentality with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Reliability and Enthusiasm: Demonstrated reliability, enthusiasm, and a great attitude.
