About the role

At Pyramid Global Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Windows Active Directory Systems Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain AD infrastructure, ensuring high availability and integrity.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot AD-related services, including Domain Controllers, replication, and site configuration.
  • Implement and maintain Group Policy, root certificates, and other related certificates.
  • Manage service accounts, user accounts, and computer accounts, ensuring proper documentation and procedures.
  • Integrate MFA solutions, such as Okta and O 365, and manage interdependencies with network services.
  • Continuously improve AD infrastructure, exploring opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Windows AD infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of AD replication, site configuration, and Group Policy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex AD-related issues.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
