**Job Summary:**
">We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our Forensic Mental Health Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality care to consumers with complex mental health needs.

- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing evidence-based care to consumers with forensic mental health needs;">
- Oversee the operations of our specialist Forensics Mental Health Service, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and quality frameworks;">
- Foster a collaborative environment that prioritises consumer outcomes and staff wellbeing;">
**Requirements:**
">To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for one of the following Allied Health disciplines working in the service:
">- ">
- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification recognised by the PsyBA and general registration with PsyBA;">
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration as an Occupational Therapist, with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia;">
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers;">
- Be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate;">
- Must be enrolled in an approved mental health course or hold a qualification in mental health practice.">
