We're seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions for the transport industry.

About the Role
  • You'll work alongside experienced professionals in our Rail team, collaborating on major projects and making a valued contribution.
  • As a civil engineer, you'll design and optimize track structures and alignments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performance rail networks.
  • You'll understand client and project technical requirements, assist in developing solutions, and contribute to technical reports, designs & specifications, proposals and presentations.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in design teams, contribute to bids and tenders, and gain hands-on experience with occasional site work. You'll learn the fundamentals of consulting and develop your skills over two years.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support and collaborate with the team on major rail projects.
  • Design and optimize track structures and alignments.
  • Understand client and project technical requirements.
  • Tackle complex challenges in special trackwork and transit space design.
