Job Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across Western Australia, delivering high-quality services that meet their evolving needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with experienced Managers and Partners to achieve business objectives and drive client engagement.
  • Handle complex tax returns, Division 7A, CGT, and other specialized services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit BAS, liaising effectively with the ATO to resolve any issues.
  • Provide expert business advisory services to clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in public practice accounting in Australia.
  • Near completion or already CA/CPA qualified.
  • Hold Australian citizenship or a resident visa.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Experience with XERO or MYOB software, with proficiency in utilizing its features to deliver exceptional results.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
