We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Front Office team as a Front Desk Receptionist.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests in a busy and varied environment with no two days the same.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel or resort, a valid QLD Driver Licence, and local knowledge of the Noosa region.
They will also be able to comfortably lift 20kgs, possess clear and professional communication skills, strong teamwork skills, and a positive attitude.
Main Responsibilities- Welcome and greet guests on arrival
- Assist guests and groups with check-in and check-out
- Safely transport and store luggage, including heavy items
- Deliver items to guest rooms as required
- Provide recommendations on resort facilities, attractions, restaurants, and local events
- Drive golf carts within the property
- Collaborate with the Front Office and wider resort teams
- Previous front desk or concierge experience (desirable)
- Valid QLD Driver Licence (essential)
- Local knowledge of the Noosa region (desirable)
- Ability to lift 20kgs (essential)
- Clear and professional communication skills (essential)
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to engage with diverse guests (essential)
- Self-motivation, confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude (essential)
