About Our Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with individuals who have been injured or living with illness, helping them regain confidence and return to meaningful work.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will conduct assessments, guide clients through life-changing career transitions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers to co-create solutions that make a positive impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify individual needs and develop tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers to ensure effective support and solutions.
  • Providing guidance and support to clients throughout their recovery journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
