As a property services coordinator, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain in-depth knowledge of the resort and its amenities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level service to property owners
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the resort's restaurants and facilities
  • Liaise with tenants, guests, and contractors regarding resort matters
  • Coordinate residential move-in bookings and deliveries
  • Manage private dining room bookings and key orders
  • Update databases and obtain Body Corporate rolls

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales registration and experience in property management or strata hotel operations
  • Proficiency in systems such as Mybos, SIHOT, Converga, and Oracle (advantageous)
