Our organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its dynamic Finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, including daily allocation and receipt of payments, bank statement reconciliations, and verification and posting of receipts.

About the Role
  • Daily allocation and receipt of payments from customers
  • Reconciliation of bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Verification and posting of receipts, with resolution of discrepancies as required
  • Setup of new customers on our enterprise resource planning system, obtaining necessary trade references
  • Handling of customer queries via telephone, providing exceptional levels of customer service and support
  • Processing of adjustments and rebates on customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
  • Assistance with other duties within the Finance team as required
About You
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in a high-volume transactional environment
  • End-to-end knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes, including reconciliations and year-end activities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with operating spreadsheets and accounting software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
