At our organization, we are seeking an Employment Consultant to facilitate individuals in achieving sustainable employment opportunities. This role offers a unique chance for someone passionate about connecting clients with job placement and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet specific targets by providing tailored guidance/coaching and job placement services to empower clients to achieve their career goals.
  • Collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity, driving success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the Employment Services industry, demonstrated customer service, sales, contact centre, or recruitment skills, and proven success in target-driven environments.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data aligned to the role.

Requirements:
  • Commitment to making a difference through connecting and supporting clients into sustainable employment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, coaching, mentoring, and case management experience within employment services or a similar field.
  • Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities, as well as a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
