Key Roles and Responsibilities">

The Replenishment Buyer supports the overall business with tactical responsibilities including analysing product sell-through, making data-driven decisions for replenishment, executing and tracking purchase orders from origin to warehouse, and preparing reports to enable informed business decisions.

This is a 9-month fixed term contract, commencing immediately.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and purchasing new and replenished styles across multiple categories under the direction of the Director of Planning & Replenishment.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports related to purchase orders and stock cover.
  • Ensuring timely replenishment of products in line with customer demand.
  • Collaborating with leadership to create pre-season inventory and sales plans that align with product rankings and merchandising strategies.
  • Negotiating costs with suppliers to increase margin for departments.
  • Managing stock levels to meet or exceed budget targets.
  • Reviewing top sellers by region to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Maintaining accurate IP tags for all products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience as a planner/buyer.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of our brand and product range, connecting with our target customer.
