Provide support and care to individuals in a Home & Living environment, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and household chores.
- Encourage participants to develop skills and achieve personal goals.
- Build connections through hobbies, social activities, and community events.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for supporting people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including sleepovers and active shifts.
- Qualifications in CPR and First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Child Check.
- Driver's license and insured vehicle.
