Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centered care by leading and guiding a team of ENs and PCAs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Develop strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Offer emotional support and empathy to residents and their families.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and industry developments through ongoing education and training.
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Current unrestricted registration.
- Experience working in aged care or a related field.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Confident user of digital records and communication tools.
- National Police Check.
