We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Worker. As a Community Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments and shopping
- Offer social support and respite to clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- An Australian driver's license and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A kind and compassionate approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive hourly pay rate
