This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will operate a variety of plant equipment to undertake tasks required for the successful completion of waste management functions.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for operating garbage compactors, adapting to changing priorities, undertaking other tasks as directed, and assisting other teams and operational areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a range of plant equipment, including garbage compactors
  • Adapt to changing priorities and undertake other tasks as directed
  • Assist other teams and operational areas, particularly in wet weather or other emergencies
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • A current MR Drivers License
  • A White Card
  • Previous experience in the safe operation and maintenance of waste compactors
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
