Make-Up Artist Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic make-up artist to represent our brand in a retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.

As a make-up artist, you will be responsible for providing personalized and inspirational customer experiences, educating customers on the latest beauty trends and products and ensuring that our visual merchandising standards are met.

You will also be required to attend in-store events, provide demonstrations and participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming and inspirational shopping experience
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of make-up artistry and beauty products
  • Participate in visual merchandising and ensure that store standards are met
  • Attend in-store events and provide product demonstrations
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in make-up artistry (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to demonstrate inspirational and authentic customer service
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
