Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to take on a technical lead role within our Federal Government Client team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.">
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, ensuring their growth and development as Java Full Stack Developers.">
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external clients, and other teams, facilitating open communication and resolving any issues that may arise.">
  • Oversee the development of pipeline and API code, ensuring alignment with approved designs and adherence to industry best practices.">
  • Coordinate technical releases within the team for weekly deployments and across all clients for cutover releases.">
  • Proactively manage potential API outages to prevent disruptions to both internal and external clients.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Hands-on experience in Java and Scala programming languages.">
  • Proficiency in web containers (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss) and web servers (e.g., Apache, IIS).">
  • Ability to build integrations with external systems, including APIs, FTP, JSON, EDI, XML, SQL & NoSQL databases.">
  • Familiarity with UNIX and Windows servers, as well as technologies like Spark, Postgres, HDFS, and Elastic Search.">
  • Strong data modeling and data pipeline design skills.">
  • Technical application support expertise, including building and deploying for one or more IAM product suites.">
  • Experience with agile delivery methods and tools, such as JIRA, Sprints, and Scrums.">
