Senior Pharmacy Dispenser

As a Pharmacy Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively with colleagues.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with their medication-related queries and offer guidance on usage and administration.
- Manage stock levels and merchandising displays to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store environment.
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to Pharmacotherapy program guidelines.
- Deliver professional services from 6CPA, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and supportive work environment, contributing to the pharmacy's reputation as a premier healthcare destination.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and current pharmacist registration in Victoria are essential qualifications for this role. Early Career and Recent Graduates are welcome to apply, with training provided.
