Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Consultant will play a critical role in conducting assessments, identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers, and coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Identify and address Return to Work (RTW) barriers, working closely with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce, including creating customized return-to-work plans and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of rehabilitation services, including coordinating with medical professionals, employers, and other relevant parties.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
  • Full AHPRA registration or ESSA.
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • While experience is preferred, it is not essential for this role.
