Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to lead and support enterprise transformation efforts across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver an enterprise digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed assessments of current-state business processes and design optimised future-state processes.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
  • Support the centralisation and standardisation of key functions across the enterprise.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital platforms, tools, and systems.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management.
  • Track and report on transformation KPIs and benefits realisation.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading complex transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
