Transformational Architect Role

We are seeking a seasoned Transformational Architect to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-level architecture and deliver impactful solutions across multiple core services.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Wealth, Insurance, or Healthcare domains and a proven track record of delivering solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

About the Position
  • This is a key leadership role responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade solution architectures aligned to business strategy and sector standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements and oversee integration across cloud, on-premise, and legacy environments.
  • Support application modernisation and platform simplification initiatives and work with delivery teams to ensure alignment from strategy to execution.
Essential Requirements:

10+ years of experience in IT & Solution Architecture

  • Proven track record delivering solutions in Wealth, Insurance, or Healthcare
  • Integration & interoperability expertise (FHIR, HL7, APIs, cloud-hosted solutions)
  • CRM & Digital Portals (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Automation (Appian, UiPath), API Platforms
