Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Business-Specific Pega Solutions: Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business-specific Pega solutions and/or frameworks, utilizing technical expertise to ensure seamless deployment and stability in production.
  • Drive Technical Innovation: Collaborate with architecture and engineering peers to design and implement product features, reusable components, frameworks, and libraries, pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Pega technology.
  • Manage Complex Projects: Utilize strong project management skills to provide leadership in the delivery of large, complex solutions within planned timelines, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
About the Role:

This senior-level position requires a seasoned expert in Pega technology, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software releases using Agile/Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and IT stakeholders, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of their work.

Requirements:
  • Pega Expertise: 8+ years of demonstrated experience working with Pega technology, including Pega 8.x and future versions.
  • Leadership Skills: 3+ years of team management experience, with a proven ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Certifications: Currently hold Pega CSA, CSSA, CLSA 8.x Certifications.
  • Cloud Experience: Demonstrated experience with Pega cloud CDH implementation, as well as knowledge of Azure Cloud Applications.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Pega Upgrades, Integration, Performance Management, and relevant Tools, with experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications in PRPC.
