Mental Health Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate clinical care coordinator to provide high-quality evidence-based clinical care to adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, and coordination with internal & external services.
- Must have full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist OR AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker.
- Must have flexibility to work afternoons & evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of evidence-based interventions & clinical practice in the areas of mental health and alcohol and drug use.
- Highly developed communication (including written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with people, advocate on their behalf and establish effective relationships with staff, clients, families & friends and stakeholders.
- Experience in electronic client/customer management systems, ability to use a desktop computer, and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC.
- Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance.
