Job Title: Associate Market Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Market Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality portfolios of relevant, attractive, and competitive hotel and property products for our fast-growing global traveler base.

About the Job:

The Associate Market Manager will work with lodging partners within their assigned territory to help maximize production potential in the marketplace. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and sustain strong partnerships by providing data insights and consulting services to hotel partners.

You will ensure that partner hotels' products (content, rates, and availability) are consistently optimized on our sites to maximize customer conversion. This will involve securing additional lodging rates and information over high demand periods to satisfy traveler needs.

Additionally, you will promote and develop hotel partners' engagement with our full suite of tools, including unique market insights, revenue management tools, marketing opportunities, and specialized brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain strong partnerships with hotel partners.
  • Optimize partner hotels' products on our sites.
  • Secure additional lodging rates and information.
  • Promote hotel partners' engagement with our tools.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of experience in account management, partner/client success, consultative sales, or related field.
  • Proficient in English language skills.
  • Passionate about the travel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with market trends, partner performance, and competitor analysis.
