Job Description:

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences across our stores. Your primary focus will be on processing customer transactions in a timely and efficient manner, while also ensuring that every shopper feels welcome and supported throughout their shopping journey.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about working with customers and has a proven track record of providing excellent face-to-face service. You will be comfortable handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system, as well as confidently managing customer returns and warranty enquiries.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can work effectively within a fast-paced retail environment. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service, then we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer sales through POS in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Greet, engage, and enable customers entering the store to identify their needs and support their shopping experience
  • Handle customer enquiries regarding returns, exchanges, and warranties
  • Keep the store looking fresh by restocking and merchandising products
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for every shopper
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service
Requirements:
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience with face-to-face customer service
  • Knowledge of POS systems and money handling
  • Confidence in managing customer returns and warranty enquiries
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
