Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategic account growth plans in line with our business strategy and product roadmap.

Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction for our assigned accounts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Engineering and Product Management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our account strategies.

You will also be responsible for identifying and understanding current and future customer needs and opportunities to introduce and sell our products, services, and solutions to the customer.

In this role, you will have a hybrid function where you will lead Business Development functions at a national level, as well as support the ANZ Sales Manager in launching the Go to Market Strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University engineering degree or business administration degree
  • Previous experience in sales, including account planning and relationship management
  • A good understanding of our technologies and product portfolio
  • Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets
  • Mobility: flexibility in working days and traveling
  • Valid driver's license
  • High level of written and verbal English communication skills
