Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Growth Specialist to drive growth and retention across Tier 1 and enterprise mining clients in the APAC region.

This relationship-driven role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex licence renewals and negotiations. As a trusted commercial partner, you will take ownership of complex accounts, prepare and execute account management plans, lead contract negotiations, and maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing account management strategies to maximise growth and retention
  • Leading contract negotiations and multi-license renewals with key enterprise clients
  • Maintaining relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across your accounts
  • Collaborating with operations teams to define scope and opportunities
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets
  • Providing strategic market feedback to product, sales, and leadership teams
  • Accurately forecasting sales activity and maintaining CRM records
