Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This is a critical role that involves ensuring customers receive their vehicles in pristine condition.

The key responsibilities of this position include coordinating and performing thorough pre-delivery inspections, scheduling and coordinating vehicle deliveries, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the pre-delivery process, acting as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre-delivery process, and overseeing all pre-delivery activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess passion for the automotive industry
  • Have previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Exhibit outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Display strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Be computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possess a valid driver's license
