Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Haematology Research Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing personnel management, training, and strategic business development.
About the Role:
- Manage the Haematology Research Unit in conjunction with the Manager (Contracts and Finance).
- Oversee personnel management, training, strategic business development, planning, coordination and oversight of clinical trials.
- Engage stakeholders, conduct audits, and manage Unit Specific Standard Operating Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a dynamic team environment with advanced interpersonal skills.
- Lead by example, engaging the team to achieve goals, creating an open communication culture.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail, multitasking and prioritization skills.
