As a compassionate care professional, we are seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible, reliable, and emotionally intelligent. You will also have the following qualifications and accreditations:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Current Drivers License and reliable car with full comprehensive insurance
  • Police Check (within last 12 months)

In addition, you must be available to work on Tuesdays from 11:30am-3pm. This role offers a chance to make a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and assistance to clients as needed
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes client-centered care
Requirements:
  • Diploma or certification in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, education)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
