Job Description Summary

The Diagnostic Imaging Specialist position involves providing technical and clinical support during sales processes, primarily in New South Wales (NSW), focusing on the Women's Health segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical and clinical leadership during sales processes by demonstrating product features, capabilities, and benefits to customers.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, application, and/or equipment use.
  • Monitor customer installations within assigned territories/regions to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through continuing education on equipment optimization.
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and promotions as well as customer training.
  • Utilize market and product knowledge to assist the sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
  • Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
  • Foster team communication and share best practices.
  • Provide clinical, technical, and professional guidance to improve the customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hold active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrate current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms.
  • Possess at least one of the following core experiences: Minimum of 3 years clinical/technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas or at least 2 years commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high-level customer interactions and sales scenarios.
  • Be proficient in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Exhibit ability to communicate effectively using the local language.
  • Aware of and comply with applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
